Return policy

First: The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging. Exchanges will be made in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order on our part. Personalized gifts or gifts prepared according to a special request are not eligible for exchange.No requests will be accepted after the specified period. General Notes: We regret that we cannot accept any exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions. By completing the purchase, the customer fully agrees to the exchange policy. Exchanges will be handled by a representative, and the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.
